Commitment to Accessibility

Revelo Software is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is central to our mission of delivering inclusive, user-friendly, and standards-aligned digital solutions for all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility, usability, and compatibility of our websites, software applications, digital documents, and online services through ongoing evaluation, remediation, and accessibility-focused development practices.

Accessibility Standards and Conformance Goals

Revelo Software strives to conform to the following accessibility standards wherever feasible:

  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (as amended)
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)

Accessibility is incorporated throughout our design, development, testing, remediation, and content review workflows as part of our ongoing accessibility program.

Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)

To support transparency and accessibility documentation, Revelo Software maintains Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) for its products using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT® 2.5).

These reports document product conformance with applicable accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility Features and Support

Revelo Software supports accessibility features and accessibility-focused development practices including:

  • Semantic heading and content structures
  • Focus visibility and logical navigation order
  • Accessible forms and interactive controls

Our digital services are designed to support current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including:

Accessibility Testing and Evaluation

Revelo Software evaluates accessibility through a combination of:

  • Automated accessibility testing
  • Manual accessibility review
  • Assistive technology testing
  • Document accessibility evaluation
  • Content quality and usability review
  • Ongoing remediation and validation workflows

Accessibility testing is performed during major product releases, platform updates, content publication workflows, and scheduled accessibility review cycles.

Revelo Software also utilizes the iAccessible Platform and related accessibility review tools to support continuous accessibility monitoring, reporting, remediation tracking, and quality assurance activities.

Accessibility Roadmap and Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process at Revelo Software. We continuously evaluate our digital services to identify opportunities for improvement and align with evolving accessibility standards, technologies, and user needs.

Where accessibility issues are identified, Revelo Software prioritizes remediation activities based on user impact, severity, and implementation complexity as part of its ongoing accessibility improvement roadmap.

Known Limitations

While Revelo Software strives to maintain accessibility across its digital services, some legacy content, archived materials, third-party integrations, or externally controlled resources may not yet fully conform to current accessibility standards.

We continue to evaluate and improve accessibility across our platforms and prioritize remediation efforts wherever feasible.

Equally Effective Alternative Access (EEAAP)

When digital content or functionality is not immediately accessible, Revelo Software will work with users to provide equally effective alternative access whenever feasible. This may include alternative communication methods, accessible document formats, assistive support, or other appropriate accommodations intended to provide timely and meaningful access to information and services.
