Accessibility Statement
At Revelo Software, we are deeply committed to ensuring our physical environments and digital services are accessible to all individuals, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Accessibility is central to our mission of providing inclusive and user-friendly digital solutions.
Accessibility Standards and Commitments
Our digital content and technologies are designed to conform to:
- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (as amended),
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility Conformance Reporting (VPAT)
To ensure transparency and document our accessibility efforts, we have completed an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT 2.4). This report outlines our digital products' conformance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA.

Ongoing Testing and Monitoring
Revelo Software conducts regular accessibility audits using the iAccessible Platform and a variety of assistive technologies. We have implemented key accessibility features, including:
- Full keyboard navigation support,
- Screen reader compatibility and text-to-speech functionality,
- Adjustable font sizes and high-contrast color schemes.
We perform accessibility testing during every major update and maintain an internal audit schedule to proactively address potential issues.
Accessibility Roadmap and Continuous Improvement
Where full compliance has not yet been achieved, we maintain an Accessibility Roadmap outlining known issues and targeted remediation timelines. This ensures our teams stay aligned with evolving standards and user needs.
Equally Effective Alternative Access Plan (EEAAP)
In situations where digital content may not be fully accessible, we offer equally effective alternative access. This ensures that all users can access the same information or functionality by alternative means that are equally timely, accurate, and appropriate.
